What are the requirements?
• In order to be fully successful in this course, I recommend the following. A quiet space where you can work without being disturbed and a good computer so you won't get frustrated with your computer freezing. I use a 21 inch iMac and I am glad I eventually invested in this computer. I now don't get as frustrated as I used to! It's also important to have good lighting in the room so that you don't have eye strain and I also recommend a window that opens so you can have some fresh air flowing throughout the room. In addition, it's important to have a comfortable chair for your back and a good keyboard, mouse, and keyboard tray for your hands and fingers. You don't want to get carpal tunnel syndrome! Having said all of that, it's always important to be well rested so that you can be in the proper mindset when learning. I like to work out before a class so that I'm refreshed and energized. Do what you need to do to be energized before studying. And lastly, it's important not to rush through the lectures and to really take your time to absorb the information.
